Consultation
This is a process of gathering advice and opinions from others to solve problems and make decisions. The consultation process includes the following elements:
1. Clarify the problem: Clarify what you are talking about and what the problem is.
2. Build trust: Have a relationship of trust with the person you are talking to. When trust is established, open and honest dialogue is possible.
3. Accept advice: Accept advice and opinions obtained through consultation and develop an action plan based on it.
4. Provide feedback: Give feedback on whether the consultation was beneficial or not, further strengthening your relationship with the person you are consulting.
Awareness
This is a process of deepening self-awareness and environmental awareness, and it refers to gaining new perspectives and understandings. The process of awareness includes the following elements:
1. Self-reflection: Reflect on your own actions and mindset to see what is working and what needs improvement.
2. Observation and analysis: Observe and analyze your own behavior and those of others to gain new insights.
3. Accept feedback: Accept feedback from others and use it for self-improvement.
4. Implement new behaviors: Experiment with new behaviors and approaches based on awareness.
Consultation and awareness are mutually complementary processes. The advice and feedback obtained through the consultation will encourage awareness, and new actions and improvements will be made based on that awareness, which will promote the growth of individuals and teams.
