The DX Report (1st edition) was released by "the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry" in 2018, and many Japanese companies have been considering how to overcome the "2025 Cliff". However, they still do not know where to start, and this is still a problem for DX promoters. We use several analytical methods to help them create a DX roadmap and project execution plan.
